In full disclosure, I am one of the listing agents for Sandhollow Homes at Sundance Estates in Richland. That aside, I am also an owner of a Sandhollow Home. But they have thought of it all and have their floor plans and features dialed in-and we were sold. The floor plan was perfect for my family with large rooms, high ceilings, split bedroom layout, enormous kitchen island, wall oven and microwave built in near a convenient prep area, and a range hood (no over the stove-top micro for this gal) with 5 burner gas cooktop! I have sold homes for many builders in our area, and I come from a family with a custom home construction business. Sandhollow builds a solid home for a competitive price, builds quickly without compromising, and I'm proud to represent them as a listing agent and my family is super happy living in our new home.
