Hear it straight from our customers. Real stories about real homes.
In full disclosure, I am one of the listing agents for Sandhollow Homes at Sundance Estates in Richland. That aside, I am also an owner of a Sandhollow Home. My search for our home originally did not include new construction. However as this home neared completion we felt drawn to it, it felt like our home. Had I embraced this sooner I could have selected all the finishes myself, moved a wall or window, added upgrades to suit our lifestyle. But they have thought of it all and have their floor plans and features dialed in-and we were sold. The floor plan was perfect for my family with large rooms, high ceilings, split bedroom layout, enormous kitchen island, wall oven and microwave built in near a convenient prep area, and a range hood (no over the stove-top micro for this gal) with 5 burner gas cooktop! I have sold homes for many builders in our area, and I come from a family with a custom home construction business. Sandhollow builds a solid home for a competitive price, builds quickly without compromising, and I'm proud to represent them as a listing agent and my family is super happy living in our new home.

I've owned my Sandhollow home for 4 years now, not one issue with workmanship or materials. Buy a new or resale Sandhollow home and you will be very happy the value for the money.

This is the most trustworthy builder in the Tri-Cities. Attention to detail, trust and workability are such important things when building a new home. We love ours and feel that our forever home was worth the wait.

We just moved into our new Sandhollow home and couldn’t be happier! Our experience building our new home was made super easy. Sandhollow’s basic packages are upgrades for a lot of other home builders and their allowances are more than adequate to allow full choice and customization of your home. This company is very honest, helpful, and responsive to their customers needs!

We purchased a Sandhollow home in 2010 and lived in the home until 2020. We sold the home and nothing needed upgraded or repaired after 10 years. That is true quality. I would not hesitate to purchase another home from them. The best in the business!

This was our first new construction home we have purchased. Sandhollow Homes made it an incredible experience, they responded to our changes and listened when we had concerns. After taking possession of home they have responded quickly to any repairs that have been needed. Shout out to Tyler, he helped make this a great choice in home builders.
